5.3 Fair Play

We reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, pending a full investigation.

14.2 Closure by Player
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and verified account balances returned to your designated payment method subject to verification requirements being met.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
Governing Law
